Refunds:
Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also advise you as to the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the refund for 30 days depending on your credit card company’s policies and process.
There is a $20 USD repackaging and restocking fee applied to all returns.
Please note you will not be eligible for a return/exchange if you do not ship the product back within 30 days from the date of receipt.
