How to wash your waterproof products？
We all know that our waterproof products work hard to keep us dry and protected in the worst conditions. But like any of your outdoor gear, there comes a point when your waterproof pants need to be looked after in order to maintain its waterproof properties. Most recommend that you wash with cold to warm water on the delicate or hand wash cycle of your washing machine.
What if my order doesn't fit right?
Return them to us, no questions asked, and we will send you the size you want.
I need to change to my shipping address?
If you need to change your shipping address after an order has been placed, please contact us immediately at support@boogearoutdoor.com and note CHANGE OF ADDRESS in the subject line along with your order number. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request, however, most orders typically ship the same day so if you do not contact us quickly your order may have already been shipped.
