Defective Product?
Defective items do not need to be returned and will be replaced. Please send a photo/video of the defect to support@boogearoutdoor.com. We will review the photos and issue a replacement once we verify the defect.
Returns/Exchanges:
You have 30 days to ship an item you would like to return/exchange from the day you received it.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused, in the original packaging with tags still attached.
International customers, please note that returns and exchanges will need to be sent back to our fulfillment warehouse in USA.

support@boogearoutdoor.com, we need a review, but only one size change

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the refund 15 of days depending on your credit card company’s policies and process.
